If you aren’t married or your spouse would not make a suitable accountability partner, you need to find someone else with authority who can monitor your usage on a regular basis. I recommend your boss, your pastor, a parent, or a friend who will not cut you any slack. To be clear: this person gets on your computer periodically and will look through screenshot recordings of 100% of your computer activity.

Some might feel this is too invasive. I say, what do you have to hide?
