Noah interviews Pastor Laura Tarro, who is planting Bethany Covenant Church in St. Charles, Illinois. Noah and Laura were in a 6-month church planting cohort together with their denomination, the Evangelical Covenant Church. Church planting is rigorous and full of challenges.
